Got Qs? We’ve Got the Scoop

You ask, we answer. Here are the questions we get the most from our dessert-loving crew.

What does ‘no added sugar’ actually mean?

It means we don’t add refined or cane sugar — zero, nada, Denada. Our sweetness comes from natural alternatives like erythritol, xylitol and stevia. All the flavour, none of the sugar crash.

How do you make Denada low carb?

We keep it smart. Natural low-carb sweeteners, creamy fats like dairy and nuts, and none of the starchy fillers. The result? Thick, dreamy ice cream that delivers indulgence without compromise.

What makes Denada sweet?

A blend of erythritol, xylitol and stevia — natural sweeteners that bring the sweetness, not the spike. They help keep that creamy texture and skip the fake aftertaste.

How long does Denada last in the freezer?

Up to 12 months (check your pack). Once opened, reseal and enjoy within a few weeks for peak creamy glory.

Do you deliver?

Not yet — ice cream and Aussie heat aren’t best mates. Grab us from your local supermarket or indie stockist instead.

Does the Mango Dream Protein Bar taste like a regular protein bar?

Nope — that’s the whole point. It’s smooth, rich and actually tastes like dessert (with benefits).

Why the name “Denada”?

It means “you’re welcome” in Spanish — because when sugar-free tastes this good, we already know what you’ll say.

Can Denada products give you an upset tummy?

Go easy, hero. Natural sweeteners like erythritol and xylitol can cause a bit of rumbling if you overdo it (think several serves). Moderation = no regrets.

Why did you discontinue my favourite flavour?

We know, it hurts. Sometimes we retire flavours to make room for new creations or return old favourites with a twist. Tell us what you miss — we might just bring it back.

How do I know which stores stock which flavours?

Stock varies by store and state. Check our Store Locator or ask your local supermarket to order it in — they usually can.

Are Denada products keto or low-carb friendly?

Pretty much, yes. Every scoop, pop and bar is low in carbs and big on satisfaction. Most fit neatly into a keto lifestyle — just check the label for exact numbers if you’re counting.

Is Denada safe for diabetics?

Our products are low in sugar and carbs, and sweetened with ingredients that don’t spike blood sugar. But everyone’s different — check with your healthcare pro if you need extra reassurance.

Are your products dairy-free or vegan?

At the moment, our Cappuccino Fudge tub flies the plant-based flag — coconut-based, creamy and full of flavour. The rest of the range? Low-carb, sugar-free and seriously good… just not vegan (yet).

Where can I buy Denada?

In the freezer aisle at Coles, Woolworths and independent stores nationwide. Use our Store Locator to find your nearest fix.

What if my ice cream melts before I get home?

No drama. Pop it back in the freezer and let it refreeze — still delicious.

What’s the best way to indulge in Denada products?

However you like. Late-night raid, movie snack, mid-week reward, post-gym pick-me-up — we don’t judge.

Why can’t my pet eat Denada?

Our products contain xylitol — harmless for humans, toxic for dogs. Keep it human-only.

Does Cappuccino Fudge contain caffeine?

No buzz here — just rich coffee flavour without the kick.

Is Denada gluten free?

Yep — the entire range is gluten free. Scoop safely, coeliacs and GF friends.

Can I suggest a new flavour?

Absolutely. DM us on Instagram and ask to join our Super VIP Denada Lovers group chat — it’s where flavour dreams, gossip, and sneak peeks live. Who knows, your idea might be our next hit.

Can I recycle my Denada packaging?

Not yet. Our manufacturing partners are still using existing packaging lines, but we’re working hard on more sustainable options. Good things — and greener tubs — are coming.
